My philosophy for teaching Reiki has changed from how I learned it and also how I taught it for the past several years. It is very important to me as a teacher that my students really grasp each level of Reiki. Reiki I is all about healing yourself and when the classes are taught so close together many students never take the time to find out how Reiki can be incorporated into their daily life.
For this reason I teach Reiki I in three, two hour segments and Reiki II and III in four, two hour segments. There is a one-week break between Reiki I and II and a three-week break between Reiki II and III. I give my students assignments to accomplish between segments. This allows them to use and explore Reiki and ask questions about any concerns that may arise.
I teach in group settings or one on one. There isn’t a price difference between either method.
